We produce quality work, posses great communication skills, successfully deal with difficult people and situations, have a great command of technologies/tools, have developed an understanding of the market and financials, are very attentive to details, and goal-oriented.

Real Estate Experience

We have a vision to lead the multi-family properties and enjoy them as investors, as well. To achieve our goals, we have built a very strong team including: strong brokers, lenders/banks, talented attorneys, an experienced property management company, and, most importantly, very supportive Key Principals (KP’s) and Passive investors (several of whom have been with us since our first acquisition).

Together, we have collected over 50 years of experience in banking, information technology, telecommunications, utilities, and consumer industries. This includes successfully managing projects worth millions of dollars.
